Monday – Friday 9:00am to 9:00pm
Saturday to Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm
If you’re unable to meet your ongoing regular payments you may be able to apply for financial hardship assistance.

How to apply for financial hardship assistance
We’ll provide a form to collect the information we need to assess your application. Please complete and return it along with any relevant supporting documentation as soon as possible to CustomerRelations.Hardship@flexigroup.com.au
Our team of specialists will assess your application within 21 days and you’ll receive written notice of the outcome.
